Jeff Owen started his automotive career in high school winning the state DECA competition in Automotive Retailing. After attending UNCW and majoring in Business Management, Jeff entered into the Manager in Training program at Advance Auto Parts. He was a manager trainee in Monroe, NC and then eventually a manager in the Kannapolis, NC store. Jeff took a position with Dynatron/Bondo Corp in 1988 as a Marketing Coordinator and was later promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Hardware,Paint/Sundries, Food/Drug and Marine divisions. Meguiar’s Wax approached Jeff in 1991 for the position of Regional Sales Manager in the Automotive Aftermarket and then later added Marine to his portfolio. Following a successful and respectable tenure in the Automotive Aftermarket with both retail and wholesale experience,, Jeff’s dad, John, hired Jeff in 1993 as a Territory Sales Manager in NC. Jeff was successful in growing the NC territory by 400% in 3 years and in 1997 after John deceased, Jeff assumed the role of President and later Owner/President in 2004. Today he resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and 4 children working out of the JOSCO/NationSales Corporate office in a suburb of Charlotte. Jeff is President of the Board of The Charlotte Rescue Mission in Charlotte, NC. He is also on the Yadkin Bank local council in Charlotte, NC. Jeff has also served on the Manufacturer’s Rep Council for AAIA and the board of the Matthews Help Center in Matthews, NC. Jeff is committed to the manufacturers they represent, the customers they serve, and their growth within the Automotive Aftermarket.
