Carlos began his automotive career in 1996 at Wheels Auto Parts in Rotterdam, NY, eventually rising through Advance Auto Parts to become a General Manager, Commercial Accounts Manager, and Field Sales Trainer. Over a 25+ year career in sales, operations, and talent development, he held key leadership roles, including Regional Director of Sales & Operations at Icahn Automotive Group, where he led 313 locations and managed a $1.8B P&L. He later served as Training & Recruiting Manager at Drive Automotive Services, boosting applicant flow by 54.7% and cutting time-to-hire by 20%. In 2023, Carlos joined The Parts House as Jobber Regional Accounts Manager and was most recently contracted by TireHub as Sales Training & Development Lead, launching scalable programs to enhance sales readiness and retention.
