Andrew most recently served as VP & GM of Distribution for Aftermarket Performance Group (APG), where he led cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer service, and distribution operations, designing and executing a B2B sales strategy that accelerated revenue growth, strengthened customer relationships, streamlined sales processes, and aligned commercial execution with broader company objectives. Prior to APG, he held a leadership role at MotoRad, where he was responsible for traditional warehouse distribution and key buying groups including Alliance, APSG, and APA, served on CAWA’s Manufacturers Advisory Council (MAC) and the Channel Partner Advisory Council (CPAC) at the Alliance, and led sales execution and strategic growth initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term objectives. He joined MotoRad in 2016 as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast and went on to manage key accounts including AI, Uni-Select, Advance Auto Parts, and NAPA; before that, he spent 10 years as Director of Sales and Marketing for Art in History and briefly served as Regional Sales Manager at Standard Motor Products in 2015. Originally from the Chicago area, Andrew resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Emily and their three children, and enjoys boating, traveling, live music, sporting events, and time outdoors with his family while supporting the automotive aftermarket industry.
